Buying A Home

Getting To Know You

You will first meet with your new real estate agent to discuss your ideal home scenario and current financial situation. The agent will put a game-plan together that includes a team of experts like mortgage brokers, financial advisors, and closing associates - all committed to making this process easy and above your expectations.

Lender Intro

Besides your realtor, the second most important person on your home buying team is your mortgage broker. We set up a meeting right away so that this vetted professional can make an assessment of your financial situation and determine the size of mortgage that would best fit your situation so we know what your house budget is while we shop.

Offers & Negotiations

The fun part is looking at home options. Going to open houses and picturing yourself in a new space is exciting. When you find a property you like, your agent will write up a compelling offer. We get creative at this stage by figuring out what the home's seller wants/needs and how we can make you stand out. Negotiation on the offer make certain that you stay on-top in the situation.

When your offer is accepted, the home goes into escrow. There are a number of actions that take place during escrow. Not to worry, your realtor will take charge of the process and keep things moving smoothly. The property will get inspected so that you can be assured that what you are buying is what is expected.

When we close escrow the funds are transferred and you get the keys to your new home! Your realtor will be with you to take photos of the special occasion. But our job doesn't stop there. It's important that you have what you need to make your new house a home. And your agent can be a great resource to suggest contractors, improvements, movers, or anything you might need.
